Role Description

We’re hiring a hands-on Project Manager with strong event lighting experience and solid AV knowledge.

This is a delivery-focused role—owning projects from brief to breakdown, leading crews on-site, and managing all technical prep and kit. You’ll also be a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, confident communication throughout.

Responsibilities Include

  • Lead projects from brief through to install and derig
  • Turn client ideas into practical, creative lighting solutions
  • Quote, budget and manage technical delivery
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with clients at all stages
  • Work hands-on on-site with crew and clients
  • Manage lighting stock, prep/de-prep and dry hires (Current RMS)
  • Coordinate warehouse activity and integrate lighting/AV into builds
  • Book and manage freelance crew and logistics
  • Maintain equipment, stock and PAT processes
  • Deliver projects on time, on budget, to a high standard

Qualifications

  • Good working knowledge of AV systems
  • Strong client-facing skills and confident communicator
  • Comfortable leading crews and making decisions on-site
  • Highly organised, practical and solutions-focused
  • Calm under pressure and able to deliver to tight deadlines
