Specialised Disability Service Operations Manager
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities? We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead and develop our Specialised Disability Services across Ceredigion.
In this rewarding role you’ll oversee a diverse range of services including complex needs and profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), community and employment pathways, transition support, therapeutic interventions, and wellbeing initiatives. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, manage staff across a variety of settings, and ensure high quality, person‑centred, outcomes‑focused support.
We’re seeking someone with strong leadership skills, experience working with vulnerable individuals, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.
