Office & Showroom Assistant
Location: Window Mart , Old Barn Garden Centre, Worthing rd, Dial Post Horsham RH13 8NR
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Hours: Part-time – Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10:00am to 4:00pm, plus alternate weekends
About us We are a long-established, family-run conservatory company with a strong reputation for quality and customer service. Our showroom is based within a large, busy garden centre, providing a steady flow of visitors and a pleasant working environment.
The role We are looking for a reliable individual to join our team in a varied and hands-on role. This position combines office duties, customer interaction, and maintaining a welcoming showroom environment.
Key responsibilities
Greeting customers and showing them around the showroomProviding general information on our products and servicesBooking appointments and supporting with day-to-day adminMaintaining a clean, tidy, and presentable showroomGeneral support duties as requiredAbout you
Reliable, trustworthy, and takes pride in your workFriendly and confident when dealing with customersWell organised with good attention to detailCompetent using computers (email, basic admin systems, etc.)Comfortable working independentlyPrevious experience in a similar role is preferred but not essentialAdditional information Due to our location, applicants must have their own transport. Free parking is available on site.
