Join us at Touch Base South East in Barnet as a Relief Support Worker, where you can choose shifts that fit your lifestyle while supporting your local community. 

This is a casual role offering £14.08 per hour (inner London allowance inclusive) with flexible hours across the week. Whether you are looking for the equivalent of part-time or full-time hours, we offer the flexibility to suit you. No previous experience is required, as we provide comprehensive, fully-paid training to ensure you feel confident and skilled.

Your Impact

Touch Base South East is a vibrant, purpose-built centre in the heart of Barnet, just a short walk from the high street. Supporting around 50 individuals, we focus on having fun and celebrating every achievement through tailor-made social and educational sessions. Your support includes:

  • Social & Education: Leading sessions designed for individual or group needs within the centre.
  • Community Connection: Helping people access the local high street and public transport network.
  • Empowerment: Providing person-centred support that encourages independence and engagement.

We hire for attitude and values. This is a great role for someone looking to start a career in the care sector who can offer both commitment and a “can-do” approach. A full manual UK license is beneficial to assist with community trips.
