We’re supporting one of our clients in recruiting an experienced Head of Clinical Services for a Neurological Centre , a specialist 60 bed service supporting adults with complex neurological conditions (currently 45 residents).
This is a 12-month interim maternity cover.
Lead and inspire multidisciplinary clinical teams (nursing, AHPs, medical staff) Drive clinical governance, quality improvement, and risk management Oversee audits, incident management, and continuous improvement processes Deputise for the Service Director when required Maintain and improve CQC standards and clinical performance
Extensive leadership experience within healthcare (NHS or private) Strong background in clinical governance and quality improvement In-depth understanding of CQC standards and healthcare legislation Proven ability to drive performance and lead change
Flexible shifts:~On-call: 1 in 3 weekends…
