We are partnering with a high-growth digital assets market business as it scales into new product lines and international markets.
This is a critical interim mandate, working directly with the executive team to drive execution, operational rigour, and organisational change across a fast-moving, front-office-led environment.
The Role:
– Partner with the Executive Committee to lead the operating business
– Drive execution across new business lines, product expansion, and international growth
– Embed operating discipline, governance, and scalable processes
– Act as a senior operator across a complex, evolving digital assets ecosystem
What We’re Looking For:
– Proven Interim COO with deep investment banking experience (institutional or trading environments)
– Prior experience within a crypto-native / digital asset organisation
– Strong understanding across markets, payments, custody, and stablecoins
– Comfortable operating in high-growth, fast-paced, front-office xwzovoh cultures
– Hands-on, execution-focused, and able to influence at Exec/Board level
– London-based, hybrid working
