Project Manager/Site Manager – Public Realm (4–5 Month Contract) Location: Glasgow Start: Within 2 weeks Duration: 4–5 months We’re supporting a leading contractor who require a Project Manager to oversee a public‑realm scheme in Glasgow. This is a key client‑facing role, so we’re looking for someone highly personable, confident working with stakeholders, and able to integrate smoothly into an established team. Key Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day delivery of a public‑realm project Manage site resources, subcontractors, and programme Maintain exceptional client relationships and represent the business professionally Ensure all works are delivered safely and to specification Produce progress reports and support project documentation Work closely with the existing team based at the High Street compound Ideal Candidate Strong public‑realm or civils experience Highly personable and able to build trust quickly Confident managing teams, resources, and client expectations Strong organisational and communication skills Able to step into an ongoing project and keep momentum This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can bring steady leadership to a busy period for the team.
