Key job responsibilities
– Design and manage high and medium voltage substation systems across multiple geographical regions
– Develop comprehensive electrical infrastructure designs using advanced engineering software
– Collaborate with regional vendors, manufacturers, and utility providers to specify optimal electrical equipment
– Create detailed construction documents and technical specifications that meet rigorous quality standards
– Support project lifecycle from site selection through commissioning and system validation.

Basic Qualifications
– Experience with design or construction administration of a variety of electrical distribution systems ranging from low voltage to high voltage
– Experience in industrial or commercial engineering in mission critical facilities including but not limited to: data centers, power generation or oil and gas facilities
– Experience reading, interpreting, and creating construction drawings, specifications, and submittal documents
– Experience with EPMS/SCADA/BMS controls system software or hardware
– Experience in project management or as a project lead including RFQ/RFP process, selecting engineering teams, developing budgets, coordinating multiple consultant teams and facilitating meetings
– Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
– Professional Engineering or Architectural License
– Knowledge of building codes and regulations for your region
– Experience carrying design concepts through exploration, development, and into deployment or mass production
– Experience researching new designs, technologies, and construction methods of data center equipment and facilities
– Experience in data center design, construction, operations, or facility maintenance
– Experience using a variety of web-based and other software tools for calculation and data processing
