We are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven & passionate **Sales Manager** to accelerate our growth, strengthen key relationships, and position the hotel as a premier destination for meetings, incentives, conferences, and events.
This role is ideal for a motivated selfu2011starter who thrives in a fastu2011paced commercial environment, excels in relationship development, and is energised by proactive sales activity.
Salary: u00a336,000 a year Sales incentives paid quarterly (39 Hours a week)

**Role Overview:**
Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Manager will be responsible for driving market share, generating new business, and managing key MICE accounts across domestic and international markets. The role requires strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management, and an ability to convert opportunities into revenue while championing the Waldorf Hilton brand
