Lead Electrical Supervisor in Milford Haven

Overview

Involve Recruitment are looking for an experienced Lead Electrical Supervisor to oversee domestic electrical services projects across Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire. This role combines hands-on electrical expertise with team leadership, managing a small group of skilled operatives to deliver high-quality installations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate domestic electrical installations, testing, and maintenance works
• Lead, manage, and support a small team of qualified electricians
• Carry out inspection, testing, and certification of works (sign-off) in line with regulations
• Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with current electrical regulations (BS 7671)
• Oversee site documentation, reporting, and progress tracking
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and allocation of labour and materials

Requirements

• Proven experience in domestic electrical services
• NICEIC Approved Contractor or Qualified Supervisor status (able to inspect, test, and sign off work)
• Strong working knowledge of BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations)
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
• Full UK driving licence
