About the Role

Riverside Recruitment is looking for a proactive and highly organised Onsite Coordinator to support operations at a busy, high-performing manufacturing site in Carlisle.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of workforce coordination in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while building strong relationships with both clients and employees.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as a key point of contact between Riverside Recruitment, the client, and onsite workers
• Coordinate daily staffing needs, including shift planning and attendance tracking
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and inductions for new starters
• Monitor performance, attendance and conduct, addressing issues proactively
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards and site regulations
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular reporting
• Engage with the workforce to boost morale, retention and overall performance

• Confidence working with people at all levels
• Previous experience in recruitment, coordination or industrial settings (desirable)
