The Role
Oxfam GBs Funding Process Support Team Manager (Part Time) provides essential day-to-day operational management of funding related processes, supporting country teams, regions and Oxfam GB departments to navigate the funding assurance and authorization process. The role works closely with contract risk teams, country staff, as well as with donor leads, bid developers, and programme finance colleagues. The role is also responsible for developing and improving the function. We are looking for someone who can commit to 0.5FTE and is prepared, and able, to work on a job-share basis.
What you will be doing
In this role, you will provide essential day-to-day operational management of funding related processes including;
- Supporting Country teams, regions and Oxfam GB departments to navigate opportunity sign-on, proposal, partnership agreement and contract sign-off processes, as well as repayments to donors where required.
- Support others with funding and donor administrative processes and requirements, providing standardised and quality information where required
- Work closely with contract risk staff, country staff, as well as with donor leads, bid developers, and programme finance colleagues.
- Be responsible for the development and improvement of the function as we look to decolonise and improve our systems and processes.

We are looking for someone who can commit to 0.5FTE (ideally Monday, Tuesday and half-day Wednesday) and can work effectively as part of a job share.

- Managing system complexity, problem-solving skills and able to initiate solutions
- Excellent knowledge of and use of Microsoft Office tools and software
- Demonstrable resource management, administrative, planning, numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts and competing requirements.
