This role requires a hands‑on approach to managing staff, ensuring food safety and quality, and maintaining an inviting atmosphere for our guests.
Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards to maintain a safe dining environment.
- Oversee food production processes, ensuring high‑quality culinary standards are met consistently.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills in hospitality and customer service.
