Job Description
The Business Development and Community Engagement Lead’s primary responsibility is supporting All About Living activities for growth, Business Development Partnerships and community connection to support expansion into new geographical areas.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and evaluate All About Living’s community engagement strategies aligned to best practice, in support of the achievement of All About Living’s strategic objectives, capitalising on client management system functions and digital innovation.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with both internal teams and external partners, including active promotion of the organisation’s services.
- Act as an ambassador for All About Living (AAL) and Vertaview Group by representing the organisation at various events, meetings, and functions.
- Build trusted relationships and represent All About Living values both internally & externally. This includes development and coordination of client and staff experience survey to assist All About Living to inform key experience insights
- Engages proactively with government agencies and service providers (such as PHN, allied health providers) to align policy, programs, and resources that support the AAL strategy for growth
- Supports Growth Acquisition activities for AAL Establish business insights and reporting to inform and shape ongoing improvements and efficiencies to All About Living’s operating model.
- Guide strategic decisions to enhance employee and client retention and satisfaction.
- Assist with service innovation through products development and customer insights

With a Natural Empathy Towards The Elderly, The Successful Candidate Will Have a Drive To Continuously Elevate Service Standards. You Will Need To Have
- Formal qualifications in business administration, marketing or a related field
- Knowledge of Aged Care environments would be advantageous
- Current Drivers License
- Current National Police Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
