Trademark formalities administrator.
6 month contract

Here is a unique opportunity for an experienced Trademark Formalities clerk/paralegal to join the Trademark team at this Global Brand for a 6 month temporary assignment. This role will require an accomplished Trademark Formalities clerk who will work amongst a team of 3 in their central London headquarters.
The role will be involve;-
UK, EUTM, WIPO and Foreign filings.
Diarising of Critical Deadlines.
Updating records, data base administration (Experience of Diams useful but not essential).
Checking and reporting of Registration Certificates.
Filing and reporting of renewals (UK, EUTM, WIPO and Foreign).
Working with and reporting to a team of Trade Mark Attorneys/Lawyers.
Managing a diary of reminders and deadlines.
General administration including sorting post, drafting letters, etc.
Any other ad hoc duties as require.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, established in Trade Mark administration, certainly have 2 years Trade Mark Formalities experience, if you hold the CITMA certificate, that will be admirable! You will be available to commence at short notice and happily commit to a 6 month contract You are no doubt excited by the opportunity to join a globally recognized brand and excited to work in an invigorating Trademark Brands team.
