Senior Project Manager / Associate Director
Location: London
Salary: £65,000 – £85,000 + package
We are working with a leading consultancy to appoint a Senior Project Manager or early-stage Associate Director to join their London team.
This role will focus on the delivery of high-end hotel and office fit-out schemes, working within a fast-paced, design-led environment. The successful candidate will take a key role in managing projects through delivery, acting as a primary point of contact for clients and ensuring schemes are delivered to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the delivery of hotel and office fit-out projects from inception through to completion
• Act as a key client interface, building and maintaining strong relationships
• Manage project programmes, budgets, and risk
• Coordinate internal and external teams, including consultants and contractors
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards
Requirements:
• Experience working within a consultancy or main contractor environment
• Proven track record delivering commercial fit-out and/or hotel projects
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Commercially aware, proactive, and able to take ownership of projects
• Suitable for candidates operating at Senior Project Manager level or those ready to step into Associate Director
