Job Title: Locum Consultant Psychiatrist

Location: Hampshire

Contract Type: 3 month+ placements

Rates: £80-110per hour

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Locum Consultant Psychiatrists to join services across the country. Whether you’re looking for occasional shifts or longer-term contracts, we can match you with opportunities in inpatient, community, liaison, or specialist settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and provide evidence-based treatment plans.
• Offer clinical leadership and supervision to junior doctors and the multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in Mental Health Act work, risk management, and clinical governance activities.

Requirements

• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise.
• Inclusion on the Specialist Register (or within 6 months of CCT).
• Relevant experience in adult, CAMHS, old age, or specialty psychiatry.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
