Vending / Pantry Services SupervisorCanary Wharf, £17.44 phMonday to Friday, 40 hours per week
We are looking for a Vending and Pantry Services Supervisor to oversee the day to day operation of coffee machines, vending equipment, and pantry areas across a busy corporate site.
This is a hands on role where you will lead a small team, ensuring machines are clean, fully stocked, and always available. You will play a key part in maintaining high hygiene standards, responding quickly to faults, and keeping downtime to a minimum.
Key responsibilitiesSupervise a team of pantry operatives and organise daily tasksEnsure all machines are cleaned, stocked, and presented to a high standardMonitor machine performance and log faults accuratelyCarry out basic troubleshooting and escalate issues when neededTrack downtime and support engineers during repairsMaintain cleaning schedules, compliance records, and operational logsEnsure food safety and health and safety standards are followed
What we are looking forExperience in vending, coffee, pantry, or similar environmentsPrevious supervisory or senior level experience preferredStrong organisation and attention to detailAbility to work at pace in a busy environmentConfident using digital systems to track and log activityReliable, proactive, and professional
