Overview
TradeLocker is looking for a proactive and strategic Senior Product Manager to drive the next phase of our product evolution, focusing on B2C initiatives with automated trading, data and AI. You will lead one or more product teams, shaping features and solutions that empower B2C trader clients to discover profitable trading opportunities and enable AI features to manage risk and trade profitably. You will have end-to-end ownership: defining the vision, crafting the roadmap, and making data-informed decisions to keep our platform ahead of the curve. Location: We are hiring for this position within the European Union, or the UK (remote).

What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning the B2C Product Vision & Strategy for automated trading and risk management: develop a deep, empathetic understanding of our B2C clients’ needs, workflows, pains, and trading objectives. Your insights will directly shape the B2C product strategy and roadmap.
- Leading Continuous Discovery: interact directly with clients and partners, validate hypotheses, and identify the most impactful problems to solve. Apply rapid prototyping and testing to mitigate risk and ensure we are building the right thing.
- Driving Product Delivery: translate strategy into action in collaboration with your team. Manage higher-level initiatives and epics in tools like Jira, empowering engineering and design partners to own task-level details. Provide the team with context and clarity to build, iterate, and ship confidently.
- Championing a Holistic Product View: maintain a strong connection to the B2B side of our platform and work with other PMs to ensure B2C solutions contribute to a seamless experience for all.
- Mastering the Technical Landscape: become an expert on our platform’s technical capabilities and constraints to have credible, productive conversations with engineering.
- Collaborating Across the Business: act as a central communication hub with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Leadership to align the product roadmap with broader business goals and clearly convey value.
What We’re Looking For
- A Trader: you have traded yourself and understand risk management and trading opportunities; quantitative or algo trading experience is preferred. Retail trading experience is a bonus.
- Proven Product Management Experience: track record of managing and launching successful trading products, preferably in a B2C SaaS environment.
- An Evangelist for the Customer: passionate about understanding the customer with extensive experience in modern product discovery techniques.
- A Strategic Thinker: ability to connect work to strategic company objectives and articulate a compelling vision.
- A Collaborative Leader: strong leadership and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority; fosters trust and empowerment.
- An Excellent Communicator: clear and concise in communicating complex ideas to engineers and executives.
- Technically Fluent: comfortable engaging in technical discussions and understanding system architecture.
- Outcome-Oriented: define success by customer and business value, not solely by features shipped.
