Harrington Starr has partnered with a Global Financial Technology company, seeking to hire a Lead Engineer, with extensiveexperience working with highly scalable and highly-performant systems. This is a great opportunity to join a very well-established, growing global team working to build a resilient and reliable system designing, planning, and implementing new features.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading the design, development, maintenance and integration of their APIs with 3rd party vendors
- Ensuring consistency across engineering teams, utilising appropriate the appropriate technologies within the applications
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team – with the potential to build out this team further

What skills, experience and qualifications required:
- Excellent commercial experience with C#, Python, TypeScript
- Experience working with cloud technology (Azure/AWS)
- Strong technical leadership experience
- Strong commercial experience working with highly scalable and high-performance systems Excellent communication skills
- Full, unrestricted right to work in Ireland
This role offers hybrid working, with an office location based in Dublin. You will be joining the team in a lead role remaining entirely hands on, with the opportunity to train and mentor junior Software Developers.
