We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Processing to join our UK TRANSFER AGENCY OPERATIONS team. This role is located in MANCHESTER.
Responsibilities
- Ensure full, timely compliance with UK regulatory reporting service requirements for our clients, ensuring reporting accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare reports including submissions to HMRC and the FCA, as required for Transfer Agency clients.
- Strengthen operational resilience through robust reconciliations and exception management, reducing breaks and aged items, accelerating root‑cause resolution, and lowering operational risk.
- Enhance client outcomes with proactive communication and insight‑rich reporting, identifying trends, thereby improving client confidence, satisfaction, and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
- Experience in UK Regulations especially, ISA, FATCA, CRS, and PSD.
- Relevant experience in Cash Management/Accounting roles.
