Finance Director

We are exclusively partnered with a fast-growing real estate investment and asset management platform that has scaled to c.£300m AUM in just 18 months. As the business continues its strong acquisition and asset management strategy, it is now seeking its first in-house Finance Director to build, own, and lead the entire finance function.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a newly created position where you will have full autonomy to establish best-in‑class financial processes, partner closely with senior leadership, and play a key role in supporting the company’s ongoing growth.

The Opportunity

• Take full ownership of the finance function across the group and SPVs
• Lead all financial control, reporting, cashflow management, and statutory accounting
• Support acquisitions and disposals, including financial due diligence, transaction analysis, and integration
• Work closely with the founders, investment, and asset management teams to provide commercial insight and decision support
• Develop and implement scalable financial systems, controls, and reporting processes from the ground up
• Oversee tax, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements
• Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and long‑term business performance

About You

• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Experienced in real estate finance – ideally commercial
• Comfortable in a hands‑on, sole‑charge environment
• Confident supporting transactions and leading financial due diligence
• Strong in technical accounting, financial control, and reporting
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited by the challenge of building a finance function from scratch
