Finance Director – Real Estate PE, London (In-Office)

The Role: Finance Director

The Company: Real Estate Investment firm

The location: London City Centre (5 days in office)

The role:

• Oversight of the full finance function
• Maintenance & Oversight of all bookkeeping, reconciliation including transactional accounting
• Manage Group, Fund & SPV Finance
• Partnering with stakeholders on cost control, forecasting & drawdowns
• Deliver investor communications and fund updates
• Manage equity drawdowns and distributions
• Manage equity drawdowns and distributions in line with fund and JV documentation
• Ensure compliance with UK tax and regulatory obligations, including VAT
• Experience with transformation, implementing new systems etc

Prior Experience:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and CFA qualification would be advantageous
• Strong knowledge of UK accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Experience in Private Equity, Real Estate Investment or Investment Banking
• Experience Fundraising
• Advanced in Excel, PowerBI, Python etc
