About you
- Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate qualification (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) desirable.
- Extensive experience in UK pharmaceuticals or specialty healthcare experience with strong commercial leadership, plus extensive experience in a people‑leadership role, including coaching, performance management, and talent development.
- Extensive brand, franchise, and portfolio marketing experience across pre‑launch, launch, and lifecycle phases.
- Skilled in strategic brand/portfolio planning aligned to UK market dynamics and NHS priorities.
- Experienced in leading complex projects in highly regulated environments.
- Strong capability in customer‑centric marketing, market shaping, and stakeholder engagement.
- Effective cross‑functional collaborator with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Compliance, and Global teams.
- Ethical, values‑based leadership aligned with ABPI standards and company governance.
- Results‑driven, balancing commercial ambition with compliance, quality, and patient focus.
- Strong influencing skills with credibility at senior levels; able to drive alignment across functions.
- Highly collaborative and inclusive, fostering psychological safety and shared ownership.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
