Senior Business Analyst

I’m currently partnering with a well-established London Market insurer undergoing a major underwriting transformation programme, and they’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their Business Transformation team.

This is a permanent opportunity where you’ll play a key role in delivering a strategic underwriting workbench initiative designed to modernise underwriting capabilities across the business.

The role

You’ll lead business analysis across the full lifecycle of a large-scale transformation programme, working closely with underwriters, operational stakeholders and technology teams to shape future underwriting capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading business analysis activities across the Underwriting Workbench programme
• Partnering with underwriters and operational stakeholders to understand current processes and pain points
