• Drive overall store performance from sales to team performance.
• Generate profit, exceed KPIs, manage P&L, and maximise commercial opportunities.
• Exhibit excellent management skills: approachable, supportive, inclusive.

Qualifications

• Strong customer focus and ability to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Confident leadership inspiring team to deliver results.
• Proven track record managing similar size store and team.
• Creative approach, effective communication, and solution-driven mindset.

Compensation

Salary of £30,909 per annum, along with a bonus scheme, generous employee discount and uniform allowance.
