Store Manager – Central London, up to £ 43,000 + bonus
We are seeking a commercially driven Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and overall performance of a high-footfall retail store. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, maintaining high visual standards, and building a strong, motivated team.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Customer Experience
- Drive sales through effective execution of promotions and in-store events
- Deliver outstanding customer service and handle escalations professionally
- Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify opportunities and risks
- Use data insights to improve commercial outcomes
Operations & Visual Standards
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store presentation
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including stock control and replenishment
- Support seasonal changes and operational initiatives
- Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
- Manage rotas in line with trading needs and budgets
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture
Reporting & Compliance
- Report on sales, staffing, and operational performance
- Ensure adherence to security, loss prevention, and cash handling procedures
- Maintain accurate records and operational compliance

Compensation
