Store Manager – Central London, up to £ 43,000 + bonus

We are seeking a commercially driven Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and overall performance of a high-footfall retail store. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, maintaining high visual standards, and building a strong, motivated team.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Customer Experience

  • Drive sales through effective execution of promotions and in-store events
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and handle escalations professionally
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify opportunities and risks
  • Use data insights to improve commercial outcomes

Operations & Visual Standards

  • Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Ensure smooth daily operations, including stock control and replenishment
  • Support seasonal changes and operational initiatives
  • Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
  • Manage rotas in line with trading needs and budgets
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team culture

Reporting & Compliance

  • Report on sales, staffing, and operational performance
  • Ensure adherence to security, loss prevention, and cash handling procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and operational compliance

Compensation

  • Up to £ 43,000 depending on experience + bonus
