I’m currently working with a very well established and well known surveying and property solutions firm who are looking to add a Director level, Head of Surveying.
You would be leading a strong team of building surveyors across the South of England. Managing a team delivering a full spread of projects and surveying services to commercial and residential property clients.
Ideally you will have some understanding or experience of:
Experience as Principal Designer
Emergency Call Systems – ECS
Automated Opening Vent projects – AOVs
LD1, Fire Alarms
Fee quoting on more ad hoc invitations to tender/consultancy/defects reports.
Remote working ( 1 day a week in London as and when required.)
£96,500 + 15% Bonus
