Site Manager

The Company

This Site Manager’s role is with a large property services company within their principal contracting division. The client pool is made up of blue-chip clients to which they deliver fit out, refurbishment and M&E upgrades with values between £10,000 – £3M.

The Role

• Oversee all on-site activities from start to completion
• Manage subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinate deliveries, materials, and site logistics
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting
• Resolve issues quickly to keep the project moving smoothly
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Experience of working in a live professional environment
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and H&S standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Computer literate
• SMSTS, First Aid
