This Site Manager’s role is with a large property services company within their principal contracting division. The client pool is made up of blue-chip clients to which they deliver fit out, refurbishment and M&E upgrades with values between £10,000 – £3M.
The Role
- Oversee all on-site activities from start to completion
- Manage subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate deliveries, materials, and site logistics
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting
- Resolve issues quickly to keep the project moving smoothly
- Liaise with clients, project managers, and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Experience of working in a live professional environment
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and H&S standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Computer literate
- SMSTS, First Aid
