Senior Project Manager – Fit-Out & Refurbishment (Manchester)

MPR Site Services are currently supporting a leading commercial refurbishment & fit out company on a construction project in Manchester.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in internal refurbishment and fit out projects.

Internal refurbishment creating new workspaces and hotel. The ideal candidate will have good problem-solving skills.

Main duties:

• Planning and scheduling. Developing a detailed project schedule.
• Coordinating the sequence of trades to avoid delays.
• Creating accurate cost estimates, tracking all expenses, and negotiating with suppliers and contractors.
• Acting as the primary liaison between for the client and provide regular progress reports.
• Managing client expectations
• Sourcing and managing various trades on site.
• Ensuring all materials and equipment are ordered on time,
• Risk management.
• Health and safety compliance
• Quality assurance
• Handover and close-out.

Applicants must have:

• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• 2 References

Rates of pay DOE.
