Commercial Property Manager – Part Time
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum (pro-rata)
Hours: 24 hours per week – flexible how worked
Our client is looking for a proactive Property Manager to join our commercial property team, managing a mixed portfolio of office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use properties.
What You’ll Do:
Manage day-to-day property operationsConduct inspections and oversee maintenanceHandle service charges, budgets, and year-end reconciliationsLiaise with tenants on leases, assignments, renewals, and rent reviewsManage vacant properties and pre-contract enquiriesSupport insurance claims and maintain accurate recordsWhat We’re Looking For:
Commercial property and service charge experienceKnowledge of Landlord & Tenant lawStrong organisational and communication skillsComfortable with property management systemsFull driving licence, willing to travel across the South-East
