IR Analyst / Associate (Private Equity)

A reputable mid-market private equity firm is looking for an individual with IR or private placement experience to join their growing Investor Relations team.

Responsibilities

• Project management for fundraises including drafting and revising all marketing and diligence materials (marketing presentations, information memorandums and DDQs)
• Managing internal relationships and liaising with third-party advisors
• Proactively preparing materials to support the Investor Relations Directors in investor interactions
• Drafting and revising marketing materials
• Preparing detailed investor activity reports to ensure best-in-class client service
• Helping prepare content for investor events such as the annual investor meeting and advisory board meetings

Experience

• 2-5 years’ career experience in a placement agent/PCA/PFG or the IR team of a private equity fund
• Strong academic track record
• Good knowledge of and interest in the private equity sector
• Able to understand and interpret complex deal data
• Advanced MS Office skills
