Finance Business Partner

We are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing facilities management organisation, recently backed by private equity, as they look to appoint a Finance Business Partner .

This is a highly visible role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the commercial finance function and play a key part in shaping the next phase of growth.

The Role

Reporting into the senior leadership team in the group function, you will lead the commercial side of finance, acting as a true business partner across senior stakeholders.

This role will suit someone who enjoys pace, autonomy and influence, and who is comfortable driving change in a growing, evolving environment.

The Ideal Candidate

• Strong background in accounts and commercial finance / business partnering
• Experience in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment
• Experience using Sage 50
• Highly commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence
• Comfortable working in a change-led, PE-backed or growth business
