Our client, a UK-based professional membership organisation, is looking for a hands‑on senior manager to lead and optimise their core systems, including CRM, LMS, website integrations, and finance platforms. You’ll help shape how the organisation uses data, automation, and AI to improve efficiency and enhance member experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own and optimise the organisation’s data and CRM ecosystem
- Lead systems integration across platforms
- Strengthen reporting, dashboards, and data governance
- Support digital transformation and process improvements
- Advise leadership on systems strategy and automation
