Their Data Science & Insights team plays a critical role in driving revenue and optimisation across the business, working closely with marketing and finance to deliver measurable impact.

THE ROLE
This is a hands‑on Senior Data Scientist position focused on retention, experimentation, and commercial impact.
You’ll own projects end‑to‑end, from identifying opportunities through to building, deploying, and monitoring production models.
Expect to work on:
- Customer retention, churn and lifetime value modelling
- Personalisation and targeting strategies
- A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Causal inference and incrementality measurement
- Building production‑ready ML solutions
This is not a “research‑only” role, you will be expected to ship, own, and iterate on real business‑critical systems.
YOUR PROFILE
We’re looking for someone who can operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership:
- Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end data science solutions in production
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Solid understanding of experimentation (A/B testing) and statistical modelling
- Experience working on commercial use cases (marketing, retention, optimisation)
- Ability to translate business problems into actionable data solutions
- Comfortable working independently and driving projects forward
- Experience with causal inference
- Cloud environments (AWS, Snowflake)
- Mentoring or supporting junior analysts
