ABOUT THE ORGANISATION

My client is seeking a confident Room Leader at their nursery in Maidenhead Berkshire.

ROLE & DUTIES

• Supporting Staff in the allocated rooms and ensuring adult/child ratios are met
• Observing children and managing their learning and development records
• To be a key person, complete observations and reports where required
• To build positive relationships with parents and Ofsted
• Working to nursery policy and procedures in relation to Safeguarding and Health & Safety
• Attending staff meetings and training as required
• Must be a strong team player and leader

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Must be Level 3 or above
• Strong Leader
• Have strong EYFS knowledge and be able to implement in all activities
• Have strong verbal and writing communication skills
• Paediatric first aid if qualified

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Must be a level 3 or above with English GCSE
