Salary: £55,000–£68,000 + bonus

Our Real Estate team of 20+ solicitors operates across multiple Midlands offices. We are looking for a talented and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor with 2–6 years’ PQE to join our Birmingham office. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team, working with high-profile clients across a wide range of commercial property matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own client caseload and deliver fee‑earning work, consistently meeting departmental targets
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and firm procedures
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives
- Collaborate effectively within the team and support marketing initiatives
- Stay up to date with legal trends and best practices through training and research
- Work on a broad range of commercial property matters including:
- Sales and purchases of commercial property
- Lease negotiations
- Secured lending
- Corporate support
- Landlord and tenant matters
