Solicitors/Associates – Commercial Property -choice of office locations in East Anglia with hybrid working

Client

A highly regarded and award-winning, full-service regional law firm with a strong commercial property practice

Role

To assist in the delivery of all aspects of commercial property work, including:

• acquisition and disposal of both freehold and leasehold premises
• investment portfolio management
• development sites
• property finance work
• landlord and tenant matters
• corporate support and other associated property issues

You

• Ideally between 2-5 years PQE
• Knowledge of relevant law and legal principles
• Ability to manage your own caseload with some supervision from partners and senior associates
• Attend meetings and interviews with clients
• Attend business development events, cultivating new business
