Role Overview
Mainstream North London consultancy requires both a Principal Structural Engineer and an Associate Structural Engineer to join their expanding design studio as it grows its middle‑management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, manage and mentor teams on mixed new‑build and refurbishment projects across London with values up to £100 million.
- Lead design process and ensure technical excellence for projects.
- Drive business development (Associate level).
Qualifications
- Chartered member of IStructE and/or ICE.
- Significant design, project, and team‑running experience in UK consultancy.
- Strong technical capability and experience in managing and mentoring teams.
- Associates: experience in business development.
Project Workload
Current workload is a mixture of both new‑build and refurbishment developments across London with project values up to £100 million.
