You will lead implementation & support of the Odoo ERP platform across internal business functions.This includes system rollout, configuration, user support & continuous improvement of ERP processes.You will work closely with finance, HR, operations & IT teams to ensure the system supports daily operations & business reporting.Permanent fulltime role reporting to the Manager of D&T

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Support full lifecycle Odoo ERP implementation including requirements gathering, configuration, testing & deployment
• Configure Odoo modules across finance, HR, CRM, sales, inventory, purchasing & project management
• Manage data migration including master data, opening balances & historical transactions
• Work with developers or vendors on system customisation, integrations & enhancements
• Provide Level 2/3 application support including troubleshooting, issue resolution & system monitoring
• Train users, support UAT & help drive system adoption across business teams
• Maintain documentation including workflows, SOPs & user guides
• Ensure ERP configuration aligns with accounting standards, internal controls & governance requirements
• Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve workflows & enhance reporting
• Collaborate with finance, HR, operations, IT & external vendors on system improvements

WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU

• ~3–5 years experience in ERP implementation or ERP application support
• Hands-on experience with Odoo or similar ERP platforms
• Experience supporting finance, HR or operational ERP modules
• Ability to translate business requirements into ERP system configuration
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation & stakeholder management skills
• Diploma or Degree in IT, Business Systems, Accounting or related field

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT

• Experience implementing Odoo ERP in a System Integrator or consulting environment
• Experience supporting multi-entity or regional ERP deployments
• Exposure to ERP integrations (e.g. payroll, banking, Microsoft 365 or BI tools)
• Odoo certification or ERP-related certifications
• Chinese proficiency for internal & external stakeholder communication
