Senior Security Engineer (CCTV, Access Control & Intruder Alarms)

Role Overview

• Installation and fault-finding of:
  • IP CCTV systems
  • Access control systems
  • Intruder alarm systems
• Leading jobs on-site and ensuring work is completed to a high standard
• Supporting and mentoring junior engineers
• Working with a wide range of manufacturers and technologies
• Managing your workload efficiently across multiple locations
• Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients
• Assisting with technical support and problem-solving when required
• Van, tools, mobile, and uniform provided.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Strong experience across CCTV, access control, and/or intruder alarms
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Experience leading jobs or supporting junior engineers
• Good knowledge of multiple system manufacturers
• Relevant qualifications are desirable:
  • IPAF
  • CSCS/ECS
  • FIA
  • City & Guilds
• Positive, proactive, and self‑motivated attitude
