Contracts Manager
Newark | Full Time | Permanent | £Competitive Salary
Our well-established Newark based client is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their senior management team. Working alongside the Service Manager, the successful candidate will be leading a team of Engineers and Coordinators.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all contracts are processed within accepted time scales, costs, and Codes of Practice.
- Monitor installations, visit sites as required, maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Head weekly production meetings liaising with relevant departments to ensure customer requirements and installations are delivered on time.
- Ensure contract spreadsheets are accurate and up to date.
- Agree holiday/sickness cover and oversee Installation Engineers diaries.
- Oversee timesheets and expenses and sign off invoices.
- Liaise with Service Department and Maintenance Managers.
- Recruitment, performance management, coaching & development of Engineers and Coordinators.
Qualifications
- Over 3 years of installations and project management experience.
- SMSTS / CSCS certificate.
- Intermediate Word, Excel and some ERP systems knowledge.
- UK Driver’s License.
- NEBOSH or IOSH Certified would be an advantage but is not essential.
