Resident Liaison Officer

Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Resident Liaison Officer in Wigan starting Monday 26th March 2026. The works are replacement cladding / facade to the full building.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Resident Liaison Officer and liaison between building management and tenants.
• Attend site twice a week for tenant meetings on Monday and Thursday mornings between 10-12pm.

Terms and Conditions

• Maximum 25 hours per week (suggested 5 hours per day).
• Project duration 46 weeks, starting Monday 23rd March.
• Temp to Perm 4-6 weeks.
