About LGBT Great’s Mentoring Programme

LGBT Great’s Mentoring Programme has connected 400+ participants across 100+ organisations in 18 countries to date. The programme connects Mentees with Mentors (LGBTQ+ and allies) across different organisations and regions around the world and also offers a reverse mentoring opportunity.

How It Works

• View our Mentor Directory to search for available Mentors.
• Become a Mentor by completing a Become a Mentor application form.
• Request a Mentor from the Mentor Directory by completing a Request a Mentor application form.
• Participants who complete our Join our Mentoring Pool application form will be paired with Mentees / Mentors in LGBT Great’s community. Matches are made based on overlapping interests and aspirations.
• Applications are open throughout the year and matches are made on a rolling basis.
• Applications are to be made via the above links.
