Job Description
As a Warehouse Supervisor, You will be supporting the Hub Manager, by taking ownership of the Late Shift, ensuring that operational targets and SLA’s are met, site Health & Safety is upheld and any team escalations are dealt with.
You will supervise about 4 operatives across Warehouse and Administration, so ideally, you will have team lead or supervision experience from a Logistics background, Have great stock management knowledge and able to effectively communicate across different stakeholders,

- Proven background and knowledge of warehouse operations ideally in a supervisory position
- Great communication skills across all different levels
- Good Warehouse & Logistics Health & Safety knowledge
- Proficiency with IT systems
