Client Delivery Lead

Company: Harper Evans Recruitment
Apply for the Client Delivery Lead
Location: Greater London
Job Description:

This is a newly created role with a learning and development consultancy with a clear purpose: helping organisations build high-performing cultures, grow better leaders, and tackle the challenges that really matter. They’re growing and they need someone exceptional to lead the heart of what they do.

The role:

As Client Delivery Lead, you’ll manage the end-to-end delivery of leadership development programmes for global clients. You’ll lead a team of three and work with a network of around 40 talented coaches and facilitators, making sure every programme is well-designed, well-run, and exceeds client expectations.

Day to day, that means:

  • Scoping projects from client briefs and steering them through every delivery phase
  • Overseeing global face-to-face programmes and online coaching sessions across sectors, time zones, and cultures
  • Managing timelines via Monday.com, logistics, and the LMS so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Building strong relationships with clients, facilitators, and senior stakeholders within the business
  • Coaching and developing your team, giving them clarity, support, and room to grow
  • Owning the operational systems that keep everything running smoothly and making them better
  • Contributing to strategic planning alongside the MD and leadership team
  • Keeping a close eye on commercial performance, overseeing resource utilisation, margins, and efficiency

This is a varied, hands-on role with real influence. You won’t just be maintaining the status quo, you’ll be shaping how delivery looks as the business scales.

Who you will be:

You’re calm under pressure and solutions-focused, you’re the person others turn to when things get complex. You have a genuine love for operational excellence, but you never lose sight of the human side of the work. You’re as comfortable presenting to a senior client as you are rolling up your sleeves to help sort out a logistical challenge.

You’ll have:

  • A solid L&D background, with experience delivering programmes across multiple locations
  • A track record of leading operational teams and managing external associate networks
  • Strong project management skills and real attention to detail
  • The confidence and gravitas to influence at a senior level
  • Commercial awareness and you understand how delivery connects to business performance

Experience in a scale-up or fast-growing SME? That would be a real bonus here.

What’s on offer:

This is an independent business that genuinely walks the talk and that shows in how they look after their people:

  • 30 days holiday + Christmas closure
  • Flexible hybrid working (minimum 3 days in their London NW1 office)
  • Flexible start and finish times
  • A warm, founder-led culture where people feel valued
  • An animal-friendly office
  • Learning & development opportunities (they practise what they preach)
  • Regular social events and away days with a team that genuinely enjoys each other’s company

The Process

  • An initial conversation with Sharon at Harper Evans Recruitment to explore fit and answer your questions
  • A Teams call with the MD
  • A face-to-face visit — an interview, a task, and a chance to meet the wider team

This is a permanent, UK-based role. Unfortunately visa sponsorship isn’t available.

If this sounds like the opportunity you’ve been looking for, apply today and we will be in touch soon with the next steps.
