Business System Analyst

An expanding manufacturer of advanced precision components and services to the aerospace, defence, and energy sectors has a new vacancy for a Business Systems Analyst. The successful candidate will leverage data‑driven insights, research and analyse business processes & data and data to improve processes and maximise efficiency.

The Role

• Development & improvement of systems and tools to support manufacturing operations.
• Research and analyse of business processes and data.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and digital innovation.
• Support business system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements that improve data flow, performance, and user experience.
• Monitor and report KPIs and performance metrics to measure system efficiency and improvement outcomes.
• Stay current with emerging AI, BI, and digital transformation technologies to proactively recommend innovative solutions.

The Person

• Experience in business systems analysis, data analytics, data warehousing and continuous improvement.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with data tools such as Excel, SQL Management Studio, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with ERP and enterprise data systems.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
