The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established warehouse and distribution operation based in Chessington. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering stable weekday hours, consistent work, and long-term employment prospects for the right candidates.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 – 16:00
- 60‑minute unpaid lunch break
Pay & Benefits
- £12.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing orders accurately
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Goods in and stock control duties
- Preparing orders for dispatch
- General warehouse duties
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Following all health and safety procedures
Candidate Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
