We are looking for a Salesforce Developer who thrives in an Agile, cross-functional engineering environment and wants to work on a platform that impacts a massive national user base.
The Role
As a core member of the Engineering team, you will collaborate with Product and Design squads to build high-performance solutions. You will be responsible for the architectural integrity and scalability of the Salesforce environment, ensuring it remains a competitive advantage for the business.
Key Focus Areas:
- Full-Stack Development: Lead the build of sophisticated UI and backend logic using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
- Systems Architecture: Manage complex data flows and integrations with external platforms, utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and modern middleware.
- Next-Gen Tech: Actively contribute to the R&D of AI-driven automation and Salesforce’s latest intelligence tooling.
- DevOps Excellence: Champion best practices in version control (Git) and automated deployment (SFDX) to ensure rapid, stable release cycles.
What We Are Looking For
- A strong track record of building responsive, complex LWCs with a focus on performance and UX.
- Proven ability to connect Salesforce to the wider tech stack via secure API callouts and connected apps.
- You enjoy working in a squad-based model where technical decisions are made collectively to solve commercial challenges.
- PD1 or equivalent “in the trenches” experience within a high-volume environment.
