Role Overview

As a SuccessFactors Integration Lead within Accenture’s SAP practice, you will lead the end-to-end design and delivery of complex integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP solutions and third‑party systems. You will act as the integration workstream lead on large programmes, taking accountability for requirements definition, solution design, build oversight, testing strategy, deployment and hyper‑care across multiple integration landscapes.

You will facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions with senior stakeholders, translate business needs into clear integration patterns and specifications, and ensure solutions align to SAP standard delivered options wherever appropriate. You will collaborate with client teams, Accenture delivery teams and third parties to manage dependencies, risks and commercial considerations, and to deliver measurable outcomes across a variety of industries.
